Shipping

  • -RPI Entertainment ships most orders the same day if placed before 12 P.M. Pacific Time. Orders generally take 2-5 business days in transit.
  • -All credit card orders are shipped to the cardholder's name and billing address.  In order to ship to a different address, you will need to contact your credit card company and have them include the "alternate shipping address" in the notes of your account.  This addition does not change your original credit card billing address and is done over the telephone.
  • -All orders require the card holder's signature upon delivery.
  • -Orders include freight insurance to cover any damage during transport.
  • -No COD deliveries or PO Box deliveries.
  • -Any discrepancies such as missing or damaged items should be addressed within 24 hours of delivery.  We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

  • -To return an item simply call us at 323-656-9014 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Unless the item is defective on arrival (DOA), you are responsible for all return shipping charges including insurance plus a 30% restocking fee. If the item is defective and is being replaced with the same item we will ship the new one to you at no charge. Any item(s) sent back without an RA number will be returned to sender. 
  • -Defective items must be received within 10 days of order delivery date.
  • -Any returned or refused order is subject to the full shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee. If the item is defective, we will ship you a new replacement at our cost using the same shipping service of the original order.
  • -Returned merchandise must be in "brand new" condition (in original packaging, with all manuals and unfilled warranty cards). Merchandise that is received damaged, marked, or with missing packaging, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 
  • -Once the returned order is examined and approved you will receive an in-store credit.
  • -Items that do not qualify for  returns include replacement lamps, fog juice, bubble juice, software or any other expendable items as well as any clearance, discounted or "specials."

Warranty

  • -RPI Entertainment honors only the manufacturers warranty and will not provide nor extend any equipment warranty beyond what the manufacturer has issued.

  • -Warranty will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Ask your sales representative about the individual product warranties.

Rentals

  • -Lessee takes full responsibility for the full value of the rental items and any damage beyond expected wear. 

  • -Lessee understands that the rental items are not covered by RPI Entertainment & Media Group’s insurance and rental payments do not apply towards the purchase or replacement of said items. 

  • -RPI Entertainment does not issue refunds on working equipment or for any events that have canceled or for equipment that is not used during the event. 

  • -Late Charges: Returns are due back by 5:00pm on the return date except on Saturday returns, which must be back by 12:00pm (noon). A late fee of $20.00 per item will be charged in addition to the additional daily/weekly rental charges due. Any equipment which is not returned will be charge to the lessee's credit or debit card.

  • -Any equipment that is left at the event site and needs to be picked-up by RPI Entertainment staff, is subject to all applicable trucking and labor fees which will be billed to the lessee.

  • -Lessee understands that overdue and late rental charges will be applied to their credit or debit card. 

  • -Lessee takes full responsibility for the proper use of rental equipment. RPI Entertainment will not be held liable for any personal or property damage that may occur from the misuse of the rental items.

  • -If applicable, Lessee is responsible for obtaining all permissions and permits [city, county and state if applicable] to possess/operate/handle the rental equipment.
